Profile:
Chartered construction professional with over 10 years of experience in residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects across the UK and Europe. As an MCIOB, I bring a strong commitment to ethical standards, quality, and leadership in the built environment. Over the past four years, I’ve played a key role in a large-scale decanter project, contributing to its planning, coordination, and successful delivery further deepening my expertise in complex, multidisciplinary construction environments.


Early Career:​
 
I graduated from London South Bank University in 2016 and started out as an Assistant Project Manager with a UK-based contractor. I worked on high-end residential projects in some of London’s most prestigious areas, looking after everything from delivery to ongoing maintenance—including managing summer homes for VIP clients outside the city.

My passion for large, complex projects eventually led me to join a general contractor, where I moved into the pre-construction planning team. There, I made full use of my BIM knowledge and organisational skills to support the successful planning, delivery, and maintenance of major developments

When I first joined Collen LTD as a VCD Planner, my primary focus was on planning and reporting for senior management and clients. Over the past four years, I’ve grown significantly in the role, gaining new skills and broadening my responsibilities. Today, I play a key part in supporting Senior Managers and Project Managers to help ensure the smooth delivery and successful execution of projects.

Construction Manager. Working for Pilling contractor in Germany
During the challenging period of the Covid-19 pandemic, I made the bold decision to relocate to Germany and join a leading piling company as a Construction Manager. Driven by my passion for groundworks and a desire to broaden my experience in a new environment, I embraced the opportunity. Although my time there was under a year, I travelled extensively across Germany, supporting the setup of new sites for a range of small-scale piling projects.

Planner. Pre-construction planning & logistics, programming & visualization.

In pre-construction I worked on logistics and methodology, providing support for tenders and ongoing planning inc. demonstrating proposed construction sequences to justify the proposed schedule. I was developing site logistic plans for future site and local councils, as well as reviewing the key terms and conditions of the contract dates.

I was going to the construction site once a week to provide planning support to the senior team, producing project progress reports and tracking.

In pre-construction projects, I worked alongside a project manager and two planners. The RIBA Plan of Work was our guide to successful delivery. Part of my duties included attending BIM, structural, and architectural meetings to ensure the schedule reflected project needs. I produced indicative programs, logistic plans, reviewed different methods of construction, and created visualizations for meetings. I also visited future sites and provided feedback on site conditions, approached different subcontractors during the technical design phase, and provided construction advice to the client.

-    Queen Anne gate apartments.
In live project as a graduate I was doing a lot of different roles. My duties includes morning inductions, Friday packs, floor check,  support of H&S, whiteboards meeting. Additionally at Edwardian  Lester  Square The Stage project I was helping PM to deliver Façade package.
